Jake's Place has a 3 Night Minimum for Reservations. Jake's Place is an Affordable Alternative to Hotel Accommodations. Not only do you get all of the comforts and amenities of a conveniently located private Adirondack Home, but you can save more than half of what you would spend for 3 comparable hotel rooms in the area for the same time period!
Standard Rates :
$250 USD per night for 2 people, $25 per night each additional person

Making Reservations

Payment:
We accept all major credit cards, debit/check cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo, PayPal and eChecks. We do a majority of our transactions electronically using a secure online invoicing system. Upon booking, we will invoice you electronically (via e-mail) for 50% of your rental fee. The balance due must be paid no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. In addition to the balance due, we require a security deposit, fully refundable once our cleaning crew has made sure no damage has occurred to our home during your stay. A $100 USD security deposit will be added to the invoice for balance due and held through your stay.






Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. We are only able to accept paper check deposits if your reservation is made more than 1 month in advance, and payment must be received within one week of when the reservation is made or your reservation will be cancelled. A deposit on a valid credit card will confirm your reservation immediately and will be charged at the time the reservation is made. A written confirmation will be sent upon deposit receipt. Certain additional rules apply to holidays and special events. Your balance will be due no less than 14 days prior to your arrival date. With the balance due, we ill charge a $100 security deposit that is refundable based upon inspection of the property for damage by our cleaning crew after your stay.
Cancellations:
We understand that sometimes things happen that require a change in plans. We ask that you understand that because we are a small family-owned single property private rental, we have expenses associated with renting our home. As such, we have the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations of all confirmed reservations must be made at least 14 days (1 month for holidays and special events) in advance of your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a 90% refund of your deposit. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival, and we are unable to rebook someone for your reserved dates, we will be unable to refund your deposit. If we are able to rebook your reserved dates, your deposit will be refunded less a 25% handling charge. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
